Evergreen Apartments is an older, unattractive community that looks more like a motel that was converted into apartments. The exterior is dirty and the grounds were messy upon our inspection. The driveways had holes and broken cement all over. The covered parking is damaged, rusted and the entrance gate were broken and wide open. The exterior needs painting and upgrading, especially because there are AC units hanging from every window. At the moment they do not provide central AC but do provide window units. The interiors are small and very dated. The flooring is vinyl and carpet mixed and the kitchen has original cabinets with dated appliances. There are no washer/dryer connections but two small washrooms onsite.
