Very close to the i25 and downing exit which makes an easy travel and quick access to the mountains via i70 or 285. 2 bedrooms on the main floor + Unfinished basement with laundry and dryer with another hang out room that has a comfy mattress, couch and TV. Ideally, The bedroom we sleep in will be locked with our belongings, however we would consider having a tenant in there if must be. We are leaving October 4th - november 4th for travel. It is possible we might extend our travels by another month, something that if becomes possible would need to be agreed on both sides of course. 2200 including all bills. Deposit Amount: 1 Month
