Its located on the top floor (second floor) of a walk-up building and is fully furnished. All the rooms of the apartment are really big for New York standards and the apartment is quiet. The monthly rent includes all utilities. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a large desk, a nightstand, a tall mirror and shelves for your clothes. You can also hang some clothes and store your shoes in one of the large closets in the hallway. I provide clean sheets and towels. There are AC window units in the bedroom and the living room. The wifi is very fast but please note that I dont have a tv. I absolutely love my street and neighborhood -- full of bars, cool coffee shops, and cute boutiques. The apartment is ideally located next to the L, G, J, M, Z subway lines (about a 5-10 minute walk to any) and a 10-15 minute walk from Domino Park (waterfront with great views of Manhattan). If youre not familiar with the area, Ill be more than happy to share my favorite spots with you! Im looking for an extremely clean, quiet and respectful subletter, and someone who can be discreet about the sublet thing. Please no parties of any kind, overnight guests, and absolutely no smoking.
