We are looking to sublet beginning October 1, 2019, but are flexible to move-in dates. It is a beautiful, clean apartment in a great location with walking distance to downtown Stamford (Bedford, Summer, Main St, Harbor Point) and walking distance to the train. Both of us are moving to different cities and need help subletting! We are open to people or peoples subletting and are flexible with the move-in time in October. The sublet would end December 16 though you would be able to renew the lease at that time or cancel!! We are open to leaving bedroom/living room furniture, kitchen ware, balcony set etc. in order to accommodate!!! Apartment: Each bedroom is separated by wings (left and right) with each wing having a large bedroom and full bath. Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large living room. Carpets throughout the apartment, washer/dryer included, fireplace in the living room and also a beautiful balcony! Gym, pool, basketball/racquetball and work center also included in Parc Grove!
