It is one room (with a private bathroom, desk, and lots of storage) in a four bedroom unit. The other roommates are pretty private and nice, and one even bakes cookies for everyone sometimes! The rent is $699/month, with a $15 parking fee (with higher fees for premium parking in the parking garage) and a $35 pet fee. With my cat and regular parking, I pay $749 per month. Rush also has a pool (its super nice, dude. Im mad that Im moving before it opens for the summer!!) and a gym, as well as free printing. They have valet garbage service and appliances including a washer and dryer. AND all utilities are paid. The lease ends on July 31st, 2021.
