Las Varandas Del Sur is an older property and it shows. While the grounds and landscaping is decent, the property has an old and outdated feel. The interiors feel quite sterile with all white everything including walls and kitchen appliances. The apartment itself is average with both bedrooms being right next to each other the way older apartment layouts were designed. The master bedroom has a walk in closet that appears to be smaller than the 2nd bedroom's walk in closet. The bathroom off the 2nd bedroom has two entries (one from the hallway and one off the actual bedroom). The master bathroom is extremely small making it hard for two people to share at the same time even though there is a half wall that separates the toilet/bathtub area from the sink allowing for privacy if the space must be shared. The carpet in the bedrooms is brown and has a shag carpet sort of look and feel. There is an eat-in kitchen but no dining room. All of the appliances are standard and there is a private patio with a closed space for a washer and dryer.
