There was some obvious litter on the grounds and parking areas during our inspection. The interiors are completely upgraded with new laminate wood floors, all black appliances and modern fixtures. The cabinets and countertops are also upgraded. The kitchens and bathrooms are very small. There are no washer/dryer connections. Each unit has a small outdoor seating area/patio. The community does not offer a gym or pool but does have a small computer room with resident events. The community offers a playground with slide.
