Suzanne from England: This apartment is a really great place to be for a year in Boston. It is very well set up for tenants to move in and get on with life with a minimum of hassle. Newton is a friendly, peaceful, easy-going neighbourhood with great schools and amenities, including a soccer field and free tennis courts on the next block. Access to central Boston is easy by T (suburban railway), so you have the benefits of being close to the city while living in a small town. Most importantly, Karen and Aaron are wonderful landlords. They are kind and considerate and will go out of their way to make their tenants stay a happy one. Any issues with the apartment were fixed very quickly. They are very easy to deal with and keen to offer help in settling in as well as sourcing nice to haves such as play equipment for children. Our children have loved spending time with them and walking Scout and we will all miss them when we leave!
