Washer / dryer in unit, large kitchen space/ island/ dishwasher/ gas stove/ garbage disposal in sink, trash shoot a few steps down hall, communal roof space and courtyard with benches and grass, pet friendly, two large closets, wide open view facing William Vale Hotel-- lots of blue sky no large buildings, Close to the water, close to L train, Elevator, Doorman building, full service staff- very clean space. I set up a desk for working from home. There is also a large counter space with two stools to work at. I am able to leave whatever furniture you need for the lease takeover period and then will move it out once you leave. I will be moving to another apartment in the building and ma happy to help with anything you need. I will also cover wifi and electricity for your 2 mo. lease period. The only difference between a sublet/ lease takeover is that you pay the building directly instead of paying me. When I leave, they will look to see if any damage, and I would be liable for that. However- there is no damage to the apartment. Deposit Amount: 1 Month
