Balboa Apartments was formerly a resort hotel that was converted into apartments. It is an all enclosed midrise with long hallways and large elevators. The property is poor condition with broken windows, dingy exteriors, rubbish all over the grounds and an overall old and worn feel. There are rusting carports and patios, deteriorating parking area with driveway damage. There is major siding warping with water damage from the numerous window units dripping on the sides. The interiors are very large and aged but have 2 neat highlights: patio sliding door opens from center and Jack n Jill storage closet off dining room.
