You will be able to freely use the air conditioner and stuff. I had to leave my stuff including my clothes before I come back to my country but there will be some additional space that you can put yours *** Additional charge that can happen. 1) Tenant Portal Unfortunately, the agency is now asking the subleasee to pay additional $50 for them (it is frontdoor stl) to make the tenant portal. This fee will go to the agency. 2) Parking space If you want to have a parking space, it will take extra charge of $80 per month and I can ask the agency to give you a parking space However, when I stayed at the apartment, I parked on street there were always spaces near the area that you can freely park. *** Possibility to take over my apartment I am currently closing my sublease to March 31st 2021, since I need to go back to St. Louis in April.
