There is 2 large TV in this apt! Shorter than 4 months rental rent is $3695a month This apartment has all new furniture and new appliance just put in a few months ago and in excellent condition! ( TV, DVD Player, Air conditioners, microwave. toaster, new toilet set were put in the unit in spring) The Sunny apartment has window in each room and kitchen, has also a new dishwasher in the kitchen. The first room will have a full size bed, a bed side table, AC on the window, wardrobe is outside the room next to 2 large closets. The common area has a black sofa bed, a glass coffee table on a rainbow rug! a set of dinning table and chairs on the oposite side of the sofa bed and a 32 inches TV mounted onto the wall and a WII machine with Netflix free movie setup! 2nd bed room also will have 2 twin size beds, a desk, and AC on the window! There are 2 closets in the hallway facing the bathroom Pots and pans, utensil, cooking ware, bedding and towels all provided! Currently we have 2 investment bank interns living there but we can show apartment! Rent is a month including maid service twice a month, heat and water plus free WIFI internet access or not including the maid service. Deposit Amount: 1 Month
