It is fully furnished and we also have many kitchen appliances that you can use such as an air fryer, microwave, blender, rice cooker, etc. The location is very convenient. Its a block away from the subway, multiple grocery stores including Trader Joes and Target, and many great restaurants and coffee shops (my favorite is Saltwater Coffee, just 2 blocks away)! Its located in Manhattan and it is very close to Union Square and other famous locations. There is also a lot of greenery around the apartment and right behind it is the Stuyvesant Oval, which features multiple parks, cafes, and a place to just lounge or picnic on the lawn, it even has a farmers market that arrives every Sunday morning! And most importantly, the apartment is on the 10th floor so it has an amazing view of the city! Honestly, I cant think of anything that bothers me about the apartment! Its spacious, conveniently located, and theres always something fun to do nearby! Also since we are not residing in the apartment right now, we were not able to get current pictures of the apartment. The pictures up are pictures of apartments with the same interior shape from the StuyTown website, so you can see how the space looks inside. It is however furnished with a couch and table in the living room, along with beds, desks, and chairs in each bedroom. Deposit Amount: 1/2 Month
