Winkler Villa is a chateau styled, gated, two story community. The exteriors are nice but could use some repairs on the fencing, driveways and staircases. The property has charm but looks cluttered and the residents were loitering everywhere during our inspection and that takes away from the welcoming factor. It also had an abundance of litter everywhere. The interiors are very average with basic light colored carpet, and white on white kitchen appliances and cabinets. The fixtures are standard but look a little dated with linoleum in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. They offer large walk in closets but no washer/dryer connections. There is no gym or clubroom and only one pool (not open year round).
