The levels are attached by a staircase, but can be separated by a privacy door I have built for noise control. I live in the studio apartment space downstairs with its own private entrance as well. As I am downstairs I am looking for someone who is respectful/ quiet during night hours. The apartment is also fully furnished - which you can choose the furniture to use or not- I can have it moved out if youd prefer. The location is half a block away from Central Park, conveniently located only 2 blocks away from both the 1,2,3 line and the B,C lines on either side. Trader Joes, Pioneer, and Fairway are great grocery stores close by and there are several great restaurants/ bars nearby as well. The apartment is on the ground level for easy access.
