The unit has stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors through kitchen and living room, as well as included washer/dryer. It is a two bedroom, two full bath unit (Madison). The bathrooms both have duel sinks, which is nice if two people are getting ready at the same time. The unit also has a balcony that you can see BBR and Dalhia from. I signed the lease almost a year and a half ago and the rent to take over is $1,673. This is cheaper than what theyre charging now for the unit, ranging from $1,744 to $2,668. So youll come in with lower rent via this sub-lease than you would if you came off the street! Arena Crossing is great! It has a pool, hot tub, fire pit, two grills, and fitness center. You can literally walk right to R-Bar, Big Bang, Brothers, BBR, North Market, Starbucks, Buca, or even the Arena itself. I know a lot of people in the building have Blue Jackets season tickets!
