Private, fully fenced patio with outside shower and cafe table under the pecan tree for your exclusive use. Storage for bicycles available. The guesthouse has two air units, one upstairs and one down and an on-demand hot water heater. All linens and bedding are provided. Upon arrival, guest will find a fully stocked unit with cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. All utilities, including WiFi and cable T.V., electricity and water are included.
