The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are coin-operated washing and drying units on each floor near the elevaor.The unit also has beach chairs, a cooler and a beach umbrella, as well as sand toys for kids. Bird Bay village is a five 5 minute drive to Venice Beach (and Nokomis Beach), which has free parking. The area has shopping malls, cinemas, all kinds of restaurants and very little traffic.
