The Towers at Clear Lake are very well maintained, completely enclosed mid-rise (North and South tower) that were once designed to be an office park building. The entry is locked and can only be opened by code. The interior is very clean, well lit, with two see-through glass elevators and several skylights at the top of the building lobby. The decor, though well maintained, is really reminiscent of the eighties style including the colors. It has a very professional feel, which is unfortunately not too homey. There are several sitting areas with chairs and tables in the lobby and throughout each floor. The interiors have no upgrades and are exactly how it was when converted. They appear clean and spacious but dated. The appliances are mismatched and come with lots of closet space but dark wood cabinets with out of style fixtures and features. The grounds are nice and have unique features for a Bay front property. Boat storage and docking are a great bonus and a 24-hour private fishing pier is a plus when living waterfront.
