Sublet.com Listing ID 4653884. Hi there! I currently live in a 4x2 apartment at University Village with 3 roommates but Ill be gone for most of the Summer and Im looking for a subleaser to take over. The Village 4x2 models rent is $525 and includes all utilities except electricity so the total for a month usually rounds up to about $550-560. University Village is located in 1835 W Call St. right by Tennessee Street, which is one of my favorite parts about living there; I can get around town pretty quickly. I have a car, but if I didnt I could walk to several places or take the bus as there is a bus stop right by. Its amenities include a pool, gym and study area. The pool area is perfect for tanning or enjoying a nice day in the water with friends. Its not the biggest apartment but its definitely enough if youre smart with your spacing. Its located on the first floor so there are no stairs! Youd be sharing a bathroom with a pretty chill and clean freshman. My roommates stay in their rooms for the majority of their day, but they tend to be night owls. Theyre pretty reasonable, friendly, and will not get in your way. Im not sure what their plans are for the Summer so they might go back home. Pricing is open for discussion but Ill start off by lowering the rent to $500 flat since I need to fill this out ASAP. Ill be leaving around early/mid-May and coming back around mid-July but I can find a place to stay when I come back if you wish to stay all the way through the Summer.
