The location cant be beat, and the building is charming (finished in 1901). - The room is unfurnished and am looking to furnishing it and giving it a fresh lick of paint. It has a HUGE built in wardrobe, and a window overlooking Bedford Avenue. Its more on the small side and can easily fit a full bed and a desk, which I did during lockdown (also shown in the pics) - Only sharing with one other person, me. The shared bathroom is bigger than the usual NYC bathrooms. - We have an exciting front stoop, and a HUGE kitchen island if youre the cooking type. - The apartment itself is super spacious and private, with the rooms on opposite sides of the apartment.
