The Park at Woodland Lakes buildings show signs of wear and the greenery is a couple of weeks overdue for a trim as of our inspection. The few amenities residents here have access to include a swimming pool, fitness room, and computer room, and all are average at best. The interiors aren't spectacular either. The units are on the spacious side, but the appliances are a bit outdated and units do not come with a washer and dryer. The one positive feature in the interior is the garden tub in the master bedroom.
