The rooftop is accessible and has an amazing view of Boston and Malden. The bedroom has carpet flooring and is quite spacious. Unfortunately, I have to leave this apartment as I am moving out of the state. I am definitely going to miss this apartment. Its the first apartment in Boston that felt like home. That being said, its a super quiet neighborhood and the apartment faces the backside of the building with a good view of the park and Encore(you gotta see sun hitting the Encore Casino in the morning from the window, its ethereal.) The building has private parking at extra charges and is also next to public parking if you want to save some money. There is a big ballroom where they host meet-and-greet events(no events due to COVID). On regular days, I use the ballroom for office work as it is quiet, empty, and has wifi.
