Before making your first payment and giving out your sensitive information:
Scams are rampant all over the Internet. Always use caution when communicating online. Do not work with people outside the United States. Be extra cautious when working with people that are at a great distance from their property and are unable to meet with you. If possible meet the home owner or agent and see the property in person. Don't send sensitive data through email. Use your best judgement before making payment. We do our best to remove scams from our site but their continually changing tactics can sometimes be hard to keep up with.
